1Entity & Professional Supply Agreement

• Prohibited use: This platform does not serve domestic consumers. Products are strictly prohibited for household, culinary, cosmetic, or any non-industrial application.
• Automatic rejection: Any order identified as being placed for personal or domestic use will be immediately cancelled without notice.

2Mandatory Professional Declaration

By checking the Professional Use Declaration box at checkout, the Buyer legally warrants that:

• They are acting as a professional operator, sole trader, or registered business entity.
• The materials will be used solely for industrial, metallurgical, laboratory, or technical research purposes.
• They accept full regulatory responsibility for handling, storage, and disposal in accordance with UK REACH and HSE regulations.

Borax Powder UK accepts no liability for health impacts, property damage, or legal penalties arising from the Buyer’s failure to handle the substance as a professional entity or for its misuse in unauthorised or domestic applications. 8Delivery & Operational Terms
