We offer free delivery on all orders to the United Kingdom.
Delivery times
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the European Union and normally arrive within 3–7 working days of dispatch. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery may take longer during peak periods or to remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands and islands.

Packaging
Borax powder is packed in sealed, labelled bags with the hazard information required for transport and use. A Safety Data Sheet (SDS) is provided with every order of borax powder.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. If tracking is available for your parcel, the details will be included in that email.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email info@boraxpowder.co.uk with your order number and, for damage, a photo of the parcel and contents. We will send a replacement or refund. See our Returns Policy.
