This policy explains how to return products bought from boraxpowder.co.uk.
14-day returns
You may return any unopened product within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund of the product price. To start a return, email info@boraxpowder.co.uk with your order number. We will reply with the return address and instructions.
Condition of returned items
- Products must be unopened, with the original seal intact, and in resaleable condition.
- For safety and hygiene reasons, chemical products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
- Borax powder must be returned in its original labelled packaging.
Return shipping
The cost of sending a return back to us is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. We recommend a tracked service.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, and you will not need to pay return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds
Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
